About these terms.

These terms describe the Duvrin macOS app, website, companion extensions, trial and license purchases. Duvrin operates the product and service from Kenya. Your purchase receipt identifies your checkout transaction, and you can reach Duvrin at support@duvrin.com.

We intend to offer Duvrin to customers worldwide where purchase, delivery and use are lawful and the checkout provider can process the payment. We impose no additional country-based sales exclusions ourselves, but checkout methods and territories may be unavailable under Gumroad's policies, sanctions rules, financial-network restrictions or applicable law. Availability of a product page does not guarantee that a payment can be accepted.

Before purchasing, review the product description, price, any taxes and the checkout provider's own payment terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded by these terms.

Your right to use Duvrin.

Duvrin licenses personal use of the software; purchasing a license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the software. Each paid license family covers up to two physical Macs. You may install Duvrin for your authorized use, subject to the relevant license term, device activation, and lawful use rules.

Multiple separately purchased license families remain distinct. You may not resell activation codes, bypass device limits, interfere with licensing verification, or redistribute Duvrin as if you own it. Rights provided by mandatory law are unaffected.

Annual — USD 5, one-time purchase.

Annual gives you 365 consecutive 24-hour days of paid access, beginning at the applicable settlement/term start. It is a one-time payment for a fixed term, not an automatically renewing subscription. The base product price is USD 5; checkout may show applicable taxes or required fees separately.

There is a fixed seven-day grace period after the paid-through date. Opening Duvrin, reinstalling it or having a failed network check does not restart grace. The grace period is not extra purchased time.

Renewal requires another purchase you actively choose to make and an explicit process for linking it to an existing Annual license. Purchases are not automatically merged just because they share an email. The current Gumroad checkout does not offer linked Annual renewals: purchasing Annual again creates a separate license family. If a linked-renewal process becomes available, each linked term will add 365 days after the later of the existing paid-through time or new settlement. A purchase after the paid-through date starts its purchased term at settlement, even when redeemed later; unused grace does not carry over.

Lifetime — USD 10, one-time purchase.

Lifetime costs USD 10 once. Your purchased license does not expire and includes standard updates, subject to device authentication and lawful-use conditions. There is no recurring charge or annual renewal.

We make a minimum ten-year licensing-service commitment for each Lifetime purchase. That commitment is not a ten-year cutoff of the license and does not limit included standard updates to one year. Because online activation and device moves depend on an operating licensing service, we cannot promise indefinite availability of servers or third-party infrastructure.

If Duvrin permanently closes its licensing service before the tenth anniversary of your Lifetime purchase, an affected Lifetime customer who has not already received a full refund is entitled to a 50% reimbursement of the Lifetime license purchase price actually paid. For a USD 10 license bought at full price, that means USD 5. Contact support@duvrin.com with your purchase email and order reference to arrange reimbursement. This commitment does not limit any additional remedy required by applicable law. The Lifetime entitlement itself does not acquire a ten-year expiry date.

Free trial.

A genuinely new eligible installation can begin a 30-day full-featured trial locally, without a purchase email, payment card or synchronous licensing-server check. The trial has a fixed deadline established at its original start. Reinstalling, resetting preferences or creating another account on the same Mac does not create a new eligibility period.

Checkout, delivery and activation.

Gumroad handles checkout. After the provider confirms a settled eligible purchase, Duvrin separately emails an activation code to your purchase email. The code is not delivered as a Gumroad download. In Duvrin, go to Registration, enter that same email and your code, and select Validate.

Buying, receiving a receipt, and activating the app are distinct events. A receipt page by itself does not unlock paid access. An internet connection is necessary to validate a purchased license. Keep your purchase receipt and email for later renewal, account verification and recovery.

Two Macs and periodic checks.

Paid licenses use device-bound permissions that may need to be renewed online within seven days. Annual permissions cannot extend beyond the applicable annual access deadline. If the device cannot verify its permission in time, paid transfers may pause until verification succeeds; your existing downloaded files remain yours.

You can use the device-management page to verify your purchase email, view registered Macs and deactivate an old one to free a slot. Deactivation may not remove permission already cached offline until its signed deadline. New Mac activation takes place inside the app. Recovery of a lost activation code replaces the old code for future activations but does not automatically increase seats or reset an expired term.

Refunds and disputes.

We offer a voluntary 14-day full-refund request window on both Annual and Lifetime purchases, starting when Gumroad confirms payment. To request a refund, email support@duvrin.com within those 14 days, giving your purchase email and order reference; do not include payment card details. A request received within the window remains timely even if its review or processing occurs later. Gumroad ordinarily processes the refund and confirms its status. This voluntary policy is in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights, which may apply outside the 14-day window.

A confirmed full refund can remove the refunded purchase's contribution to your paid license. A partial refund does not automatically shorten the term. An active chargeback or unresolved payment dispute may suspend the associated entitlement until the provider resolves it. A refunded or revoked purchase cannot be used to obtain fresh paid activation.

Updates and service changes.

We may issue fixes, compatibility updates and improvements. Lifetime includes standard updates, and the minimum ten-year service commitment remains as described above. Compatibility can depend on the operating system, supported browsers, the download source and third-party systems. We may need to adjust unsupported features or correct security defects.

Use downloads responsibly.

Use Duvrin only for material you are authorized or legally permitted to save. You are responsible for respecting copyright, access restrictions and the terms applicable to content sources. Duvrin does not promise to bypass DRM, unauthorized access controls, paywalls, or source-imposed restrictions. Some protected, age-restricted, gated or live content is not supported.

Do not use the service to harm others, compromise systems, harvest credentials, or attempt to manipulate purchase and licensing records. We may limit or revoke access associated with fraud, misuse, refund or verified security abuse, subject to applicable law.

Reliability and legal rights.

Transfers can fail because of server availability, network conditions, expiring source links, operating-system changes and other factors beyond Duvrin's control. Keep backups of files that matter to you. Duvrin does not guarantee a particular download speed, availability of every source, or that all media can be saved.

Nothing here removes statutory warranties, consumer remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Any further exclusions, liability limits or dispute terms require review under the applicable law and are not asserted by this document.

Changes, questions and contact.

These terms may be updated to reflect new offerings, security needs or changes in law. Material changes to existing paid entitlements will not silently replace the fixed Annual or Lifetime promises stated for a completed purchase; changes will be notified when required by law.
